Ok, here is my suggestion for the reunion for what it's worth.
I think meeting somewhere like a bar Friday night for a few drinks then Saturday late afternoon have it somewhere casual. A farmhouse was offered free of charge. It sets on 4 acres of land. There could be a bon fire, music, food, and drink. People who drink alcohol could stay there and wont have to drive drunk. I think after some of us not seeing eachother for 20 years or more, it would be a whole lot more comfortable if it were a casual affair. Also, people will be able to bring their kids Saturday if they so choose (or cant find a sitter).
Like I said, just my thought on it. I know this needs to be as cost effective as possible so more of us can attend.
